The parody pounds will melt away when two high-energy D.I.Y. events flex their mirthful muscles on Thursday September 20th with the 2007 Puppet Karaoke Pumping Irony Show, hosted by Punk Rock Boot Camp trainer Brian Adoff at the newly renovated M-Room in Fishtown, Philadelphia.
